The whole experience at Boots Opticians in Ely was great and was looked after in a friendly way. I was looked after by Emily and Nigel, but all the staff were also friendly. I was pleased with the eye examination and also very pleased with my new glasses, no more eye strain.

The whole experience at Boots Opticians in Ely was faultless. The online appointment system was easy and efficient and the care and attention I received was first class. All staff were friendly,polite and knowledgeable-a rare thing theses days ! I was looked after by Nigel,Carmen and Caroline-a big Thank you to you all. I will be back for my prescription sunglasses very soon !

All staff were considerate, very polite and welcoming. The Optometrist was very thorough and talked through the tests with me. Subsequently, the assistant (Natalie) took great care to ensure the specifications, for three different sport applications, met my needs. Natalie was diligent and very professional in all aspects of of her role, and a credit to her profession M. FREW
